This system is developed based on the Red Cotton RNA-seq database, a tool for assessing the expression levels of genes in cells. TPM values (Transcripts Per Kilobase Million) are calculated by STAR and RSEM in this system, and TPM values are divided into 4 grades, which are used to guide the value for the development of cellular gene editing projects.
